01 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do NOT offer returns on ANY orders. If your product is damaged in transit or incorrectly made, we can offer a refund (no return necessary).
To be eligible for a refund, your item must damaged or incorrectly made. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, product images (of the damaged / incorrect item), and your order number.

If your refund is accepted, we will send you the correct amount of funds to your original payment method. Refunds may take 2 to 5 business days to clear.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@cultivestudio.shop.
02 - DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
03 - MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or products purchased with a discount / coupon code.
04 - EXCHANGES
The best way to ensure you get what you want it to be diligent. Please input the correct poster design you would like in the personalization box. If you receive a poster you do not want due to wrong input information, you will have to place a new order.
05 - EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
